Registration Options

Please take a moment to read this page thoroughly before you choose your registration option.  If all of this seems confusing and you just want to register as you did in the past, the registration form is for you.

This year we have expanded the types of registrations to accommodate requests from the community.  You can download a registration form and mail or fax it in, register on-line and send payment in separately, or register and pay on-line, the latter two operating under a secure web-site.  Within these options you can register as an individual, as a Corporate Supporter, as a U.S. Government Block Funding Organization (subject to verification) or for the tutorials only (see restrictions).  Each of these options is explained in more detail below.  No matter which option you choose, if you want to attend the classified sessions, you must download, fill out and return the visit clearance form at the bottom of this page.

Download a Registration Form - There are pdfs available for single registration and Corporate Sponsorships at the Silver, Gold or Platinum Levels.  Substitutions are permitted.

The Silver Level offers One 8’ x 8’ Tabletop Exhibit Booth, 2 Registrations, up to 6 tutorials per registrant, 3 quarter page ads in the Current Awareness Newsletter, SAVIAC Supporter Recognition, Silver Level ($5,000) (Savings of $1,785 over the individual price of $6,785). 

The Gold Level offers One 8’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth, 4 Registrations, up to 6 tutorials per registrant, One 2006 Calendar Ad, 3 half page ads in the Current Awareness Newsletter, SAVIAC Supporter Recognition, Gold Level ($10,000) (Savings of $3,240 over the individual price of $13,240). 

The Platinum Level offers Two 8’ x 10’ Exhibit Booths, 6 Registrations, up to 6 tutorials per registrant, One 2006 Calendar Ad, 6 half page ads in the Current Awareness Newsletter, SAVIAC Supporter Recognition, Platinum Level ($15,000) (Savings of $6,240 over the individual price of $21,240).

The Tutorial Registration offers the option to attend on or more tutorial at a slightly higher cost ($350.00) but not having to register and pay for the Symposium.  Registered Symposium attendees have priority in attending the tutorials so this option is offered only if there is space available.  You will be notified by e-mail two weeks prior to the tutorials (October 16) as to the availability of space.

Government Block Funding Organizations should use the Block Funding registration form and note on it the name of the organization and TAG member that provided the block funding. 

All forms should be faxed to 301 596-6400. 

Register On-Line and send Payment in Separately - These forms are on a secure web site so all of your information is protected.  There are separate forms for single registration, US Government Block Funding Organizations and Tutorials Only Registration.  Corporate registrations should download the pdfs listed above and fax them in.  Please be sure to select the correct form.  Users of the US Government Block Funders form must provide the Block Funding Organization name and TAG member that provided the block funding.  The Tutorial Only form DOES NOT guarantee you a seat in the tutorial, you will be notified by October 9 if any are available.  Call Darnise if you have any questions.  Payment information should be called in to Darnise Johnson at 301 596-0100..

Register and Pay On-Line - This option is under development.  Please check back shortly.

Visit Clearance Form - This form must be sent in by October 9 in order to attend the classified sessions.  Foreign Nationals should read the Policy on Attendance before filling out the form.
