~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Critical Technology Journal - SAVIAC publishes and distributes the peer-reviewed Journal of Critical Technologies in Shock & Vibration, edited by Professor Sam Kiger. This journal presents results of state-of-the-art research performed by the U.S. Government and U.S. Government contractors that are not publicly releasable because of export restrictions. It falls under the guidelines of Limited Distribution, Statement C, Distribution authorized to U.S. Government Agencies and their contractors only (see http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/submit/guidance/distribstatement.html). Limited Distribution Statement C material should be sent only from and to .mil e-mail addresses, and should be encrypted before it is sent. We are still working on the process for electronic submission and will update this information when the process is finalized. However, until that process is set up, papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word format on CDs and in hard copy via surface mail to Professor Kiger. Format instructions are at the back of the Journal, or can be obtained by contacting the Editor. You may wish to alert the Editor that you are submitting an article.
