SAVIAC is operated by HI-TEST Laboratories under contract to the US Army Engineer Research &Development Center (Cooperative Agreement # DACW42-02-2-0001). Technical direction is provided by the SAVIAC Director, Dr. Charles R. Welch (601 634-3297), who is advised by a multi-agency Technical Advisory Group consisting of members from DOD, NASA, DOE, and commercial organizations.
